Medium-sized professional machines for the production of fresh pasta up to a production that can even reach 200 kg/h. These machines are commonly used in restaurants, delicatessens and small artisan workshops. All the presses in this category have a tank that can contain a minimum of 5 kg of dough up to a capacity of 50 kg. Almost all models are available with a knife for short pasta, a fan for initial drying of the pasta and a water cooling system for several consecutive productions.
