Castiglioni Nedo

Castiglioni s.r.l. was founded in 1955 and for over 65 years has been manufacturing machines for the treatment and production of pasta. In 1991 it acquired the company Nedo, thus strengthening its technical-construction capabilities, expanding its packaging sector. Castiglioni Nedo is attentive to the quality of its products, whose success is due to the enhancement of human resources and constant technological updating. Today the company produces machinery for the production of fresh pasta in different types, from the most classic pasta shapes to regional or custom-made, as well as machines for food processing such as pasteurizers, shakers (trabatti) and dryers.

Cleaning the dies is a bit time consuming, just follow the instructions will be fine. Next time I will try the teflon dies . Thanks Lineapasta.

Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto di questa macchina, solida e veloce nell'estrusione della pasta. Anche la spedizione è stata veloce (ho avuto problemi con la dogana indonesiana, ma non è colpa di Lineapasta). La pulizia delle trafile richiede un po' di tempo, basta seguire le istruzioni e andrà tutto bene. La prossima volta proverò le trafile in teflon. Grazie Lineapasta.
