Description
Orchestra Ciaopasta 10 countertop fresh pasta machine is a professional countertop machine ideal for restaurants, laboratories and canteens. This machine is the countertop version of the Orchestra Ciaopasta 10 and it extrudes doughs made with any type of flour, with or without eggs, gluten free and special flours. It offers the possibility of choosing from a wide range of brass-bronze dies available from the catalogue. The mixing vat can hold up to 10 kg of dough (liquids and flours) and it is equipped with an interlocked lid and a removable hopper to pour liquids in uniformly and with extreme ease. The machine is equipped with a ventilated motor with gear reduction in oil bath and a timed forced ventilation system that starts working even when the motor is off. This model allows you to mount an electronic pasta cutter for short pasta with speed variator. The Orchestra Ciaopasta 10 countertop machine is built according to national and international accident prevention standards and is designed to allow quick and easy cleaning since all parts in contact with the dough are made of stainless steel.
The machine is available in two versions:
- Standard, with 380V/50Hz 3Ph voltage
- 2 Speeds, with 220V/50-60Hz 1Ph voltage and with the possibility of combining it with the RFV automatic ravioli machine.
With the RFV automatic ravioli machine you can purchase:
- the Ravioli group with interchangeable molds, if you want to produce more ravioli formats.
- Fixed mould, if you want to produce only one ravioli format.
The Orchestra Ciaopasta 10 machine does not include any die.
Please note that the electronic cutter for short pasta cannot be used on some dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes that have a central extrusion insert.
Together with the machines, Lineapasta provides, only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with professional machines, created by our pasta technician.
