Description
PV 7 is a medium production fresh pasta machine recommended for restaurants, farmhouses, pizzerias, delicatessens and fresh pasta sales and tasting activities. Its operation is simple and efficient: it is equipped with an automated production system that kneads any type of flour and semolina with or without eggs, gluten free and special flours in just a few minutes and, thanks to the electronic rotary knife equipped with a potentiometer, it is possible facilitate and speed up the cutting of short pasta shapes. The mixing vat can contain up to 7 kg of dough (flour + liquids) and is equipped with a spiral bronze screw which ensures the extrusion of a perfectly blended and homogeneous dough. The machine is also equipped with a water cooling system which ensures a constant extrusion temperature over long periods of use and a ventilation system which allows the freshly extruded pasta to be superficially dried. The easily removable screw and aluminum bronze shaft allow for quick and easy cleaning at the end of each use. Model built according to national and international accident prevention regulations. It is equipped with a control panel and complies with current accident prevention regulations.
A brass-bronze die for 1,5 mm Spaghetti is included with the machine, while any additional dies must be purchased separately.
Please note that the electronic pasta cutter for short pasta cannot be used on some dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes that have a central extrusion insert.
Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.
