Description

Foldable drying rack for pasta designed to spread and dry the fresh pasta in a homogeneous way while waiting for cooking or storage. The drying rack allows you to hang the pasta sheet or various shapes of pasta through eight comfortable 21 cm long rods. The structure of the drying rack is made of beech wood and consists of interlocking pieces, it is easy to assemble and can be folded and stored comfortably after the use.

Communication with their team was clear and helpful throughout the process, and the machine arrived well packaged in a wooden crate with all the accessories and manuals included. The MPF 1,5N pasta machine works really well. We have already made several types of pasta multiple times and the results have been excellent. The extrusion quality is very good and the pasta comes out with great texture. It has been easy to use and clean, and overall the machine feels very solid and well built. Shipping to the United States went smoothly and the order arrived exactly as described. Overall I am very happy with the purchase and the service from Lineapasta.
