Parmigiana is a company that has been producing high quality pasta machines since 1949. Today the catering line offers presses to cover from 30 to 150 seats within a single hour of work, as well as semi-automatic ravioli machines, gnocchi machines and pasta sheeters. With its products La Parmigiana is committed to offering the customer the possibility of creating a complete range for pasta of all types: from simple pasta sheets to filled pasta, with the use of traditional flour, wholemeal and even gluten free.

Cleaning the dies is a bit time consuming, just follow the instructions will be fine. Next time I will try the teflon dies . Thanks Lineapasta.

Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto di questa macchina, solida e veloce nell'estrusione della pasta. Anche la spedizione è stata veloce (ho avuto problemi con la dogana indonesiana, ma non è colpa di Lineapasta). La pulizia delle trafile richiede un po' di tempo, basta seguire le istruzioni e andrà tutto bene. La prossima volta proverò le trafile in teflon. Grazie Lineapasta.
