After using the Lilly PF40E, I can say it has exceeded my expectations. It's a robust machine, made with high-quality materials and designed for intensive professional use. Its stainless steel structure inspires confidence and solidity from the very first moment. What I liked most was how easily it kneads and extrudes the dough, allowing me to obtain fresh, homogeneous pasta of excellent quality in very little time.
