All products marked as "new" on Lineapasta are covered by warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/05.
In the case of purchase made by a private European entity, the guarantee is valid for 24 months and covers product defects in conformity.
In all other cases the conventional warranty is 12 months.

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/05, the guarantee applies to the product that presents a lack of conformity, provided that the product itself has been used correctly in compliance with its intended use. In the event of a lack of conformity, Lineapasta will, at no cost to the customer, send the spare parts necessary to restore the conformity of the product. The labor costs necessary to restore the product will remain the responsibility of the end customer. The customer is required to check the goods, their functioning and any defects within 7 days of delivery and report any problems via e-mail, indicating the item purchased, the details and sending photos of the defect found.
If, during unloading of the goods, the packaging is evidently damaged, sign the courier's note and write "I accept with reserve" followed by the type of problem encountered (for example "I accept with reserve: wet packaging", "I accept with reserve: packaging with holes", "I accept with reserve: packaging damaged in one corner").
Only goods accepted with justified reserve and reported to Lineapasta within 7 days of delivery can be repaired or replaced in case of damage.

In cases of replacement or repair under warranty, Lineapasta will take care of organizing the return transport and the new shipping of the goods. The customer is required to keep the original packaging and all additional documentation of the products purchased until the product warranty terms expire. The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect use of the item.
