All products posted as "new" on Lineapasta are warranted under D.Lgs.206/05. In the event of a purchase made by a person defined as "consumer" the guarantee is valid for 24 months and covers the lack of conformity of the product. In all other cases, the conventional warranty is 12 months.

Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/05, the guarantee applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided the product has been used properly in accordance with its intended use. In case of lack of conformity Lineapasta will, without cost to the customer, the shipment of spare parts needed to restore the conformity of the product. The cost of labor required to restore the product will remain the responsibility of the end customer. The customer must check the goods and its operation within 5 days of delivery. Defects already present at the delivery of the material to be disclosed to Lineapasta within 5 days of receipt via e-mail, indicating the product details and photographs of the defect. In cases of replacement under warranty, the customer will deliver the faulty material to Lineapasta for effective monitoring of defects. Lineapasta will take care of the organization of the transport back and return the goods repaired or replacement under warranty, but the freight will be charged to the customer. The customer is required to keep the original box and all the additional documentation of the purchased products to the decline of the terms of warranty. Lineapasta does not guarantee the damages caused by incorrect use of the article. If the unloading of the goods proves obvious damage to the packaging must opt ​​for one of the two following choices:

EXPRESSING A RESERVE: the package is accepted but before signing the document, the Customer must indicate "I accept with reserve", specifying as much as possible the damage found. It will be possible after opening the package and estimated the damage to be compensated for damage suffered in quick times.

REJECT THE DAMAGED GOODS: if it is not possible to accept the delivery with reserve or if the damage is visible without opening the package.

In any case, the customer is required to report the damage within 7 days of delivery. Otherwise Lineapasta will respond to any damage.
