USD Ravioli moulds
Moulds to accelerate and simplify the manual production of stuffed ravioli in different shapes and formats. Some moulds are equipped with a wooden handle, a sharp brass cutting part and a practical plastic ejector designed to facilitate the production process, while the other moulds are made of aluminum or derlin. These molds are designed to create uniform and well sealed ravioli.

These were a lot of fun to use, although sometimes hard to fully clean. However, soaking it for a little while in baking soda + citric acid removed any stubborn bits of leftover pasta.

It fit perfectly in my extruder, which was actually a manual extruder with the same diameter as the model this was intended for. As long as the diameter is the same, it should work.
