Description

Fresh pasta maker TR 95 INOX for the production of various types of fresh pasta, also available in the TR 95 version with white painted bench body. The components in contact with the pasta are made of stainless steel or bronze for food use. The moving parts are mounted on ball bearings with long-life seals and the machine is equipped with a water cooling system. Drive with three-phase electric motor, maintenance-free transmission, and the connection cable to the electrical network is of the flame-retardant type. Easy disassembly of the work parts that allows access to each part of the machine for complete cleaning. The machine includes an electronic pasta cutter for short pasta, a carafe for measuring liquids, a key for the ring nut and a pasta tray.

Please note that the electronic pasta cutter for short pasta cannot be used on some dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes that have a central extrusion insert.

Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.
