Description

TR 110 INOX is a machine suitable for the production of fresh pasta in various shapes, both short (such as macaroni, caserecce, fusilli etc.) and long (such as spaghetti, pappardelle, linguine etc.).
It includes an electronic cutter for cutting most short pasta shapes, a water cooling system to be able to produce for several consecutive hours and a fan at the base to give an initial surface drying of the freshly extruded pasta.
On request it is possible to purchase a timer knife for cutting long pasta. The components in contact with the pasta are made of stainless steel or bronze for food use, while the moving parts are mounted on ball bearings with long-life sealing gaskets.

It is possible to request the TR 110 version with white painted bench body.

TR 110 INOX doesn't include any die.

Please note that the electronic pasta cutter for short pasta cannot be used on some dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes that have a central extrusion insert.

Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.

Cleaning the dies is a bit time consuming, just follow the instructions will be fine. Next time I will try the teflon dies . Thanks Lineapasta.

Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto di questa macchina, solida e veloce nell'estrusione della pasta. Anche la spedizione è stata veloce (ho avuto problemi con la dogana indonesiana, ma non è colpa di Lineapasta). La pulizia delle trafile richiede un po' di tempo, basta seguire le istruzioni e andrà tutto bene. La prossima volta proverò le trafile in teflon. Grazie Lineapasta.
