Double vat presses

Presses with double tank for the production of fresh pasta, ideal for semi-industrial productions. They have two separate vats for different doughs or to increase production capacity. The double vat allows you to extrude and also knead at the same time for the next production, in this way once the extrusion vat has run out, you just need to pour the ready-made dough from the kneading vat into the extrusion vat to restart production immediately. The machines are equipped with an electronic cutter to automatically cut short pasta. They are also equipped with a trolley or wheeled structure for easy movement of the machine. Some machines are equipped with a predisposition for vacuum packing.
