Pastalinda is an Argentinian company that has its roots in the Italian tradition. In 1950, the homonymous pasta sheeter machine was born, which soon became the icon of the company, starting the production of an ever wider range of products in the food sector. These were a lot of fun to use, although sometimes hard to fully clean. However, soaking it for a little while in baking soda + citric acid removed any stubborn bits of leftover pasta.

It fit perfectly in my extruder, which was actually a manual extruder with the same diameter as the model this was intended for. As long as the diameter is the same, it should work.
