Description
The Imperia Restaurant Electronic Professional pasta sheeter (Cod. 036 / Cod. 038) is precision engineered in Italy, sturdy and built to last. With the help of its optional accessories (to be purchased separately), it is possible to produce an infinite variety of pasta-based first courses: spaghetti, capelli d'angelo, tagliatelle, trenette, fettuccine, lasagnette etc. Restaurant electronic has a base equipped with a potentiometer that allows you to adjust the rotation speed of the rollers.
Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.
