Description
The Orchestra Ciaopasta 10 pasta machine is a professional machine for producing fresh pasta, ideal for large restaurants and small workshops. This pasta machine extrudes dough with any type of flour with or without eggs, gluten free and special flours, choosing from the wide selection of bronze dies available. The anodized aluminum mixing vat can hold up to 10 kg of dough (liquids and flour) and is equipped with a removable hopper to pour liquids evenly and easily. The machine can optionally mount an electronic pasta cutter for short pasta with speed variator. It is possible to install a water cooling system that ensures a constant extrusion temperature during long periods of use. The machine is equipped with a ventilated motor with oil bath gear reduction and a timed forced ventilation system that comes into operation even with the engine is off. The Orchestra Ciaopasta 10 machine is built according to national and international accident prevention standards and is designed to allow quick and easy cleaning since all parts in contact with the dough are made of stainless steel.
The machine is available in four versions:
- Standard, with 380V/50Hz 3Ph voltage
- 2 Speed, with voltage 220V/50-60Hz 1Ph and with the possibility of combining the RFV Automatic Ravioli Machine
With the RFV Automatic Ravioli Machine it is possible to purchase:
- The Ravioli Group with interchangeable moulds, if you want to produce more ravioli shapes.
- Fixed mould, if you want to produce only one ravioli shape.
The Orchestra Ciaopasta 10 machine does not include any die.
Please note that the electronic pasta cutter for short pasta cannot be used on some dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes that have a central extrusion insert.
Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.
