I want to proceed with the purchase, what should I do?

To conclude the purchase we have to prepare you a document called "Proforma Invoice", a kind of contract where all the details are present to guarantee the customer the absolute clarity and transparency of the purchase. To prepare the proforma invoice we need different information such as buyer's details, delivery address, machine voltage etc.

Once you have received your proforma invoice, you must make sure that the listed materials and your billing/shipping addresses are correct. With the Proforma invoice you now have a document with all our bank details to proceed with the payment (which can be done by bank transfer, credit card/PayPal or Bitcoin) and confirm your order. In case you have opted for payment by credit card/Paypal/Bitcoin you will find on the proforma the link to the payment. As soon as we receive your payment, we will send you a confirmation email and we will promptly starting processing your order.


What is a proforma invoice?

It is simply a quote that has no legal value except in the case of payment.


Why can't some machines be purchased directly online?

Generally, the biggest and most cumbersome machines cannot be purchased directly online as the shipment needs to be quoted from time to time by the operator when requesting information.
To purchase the machinery on which the "Buy now" option is not available, simply click on the "Request information" button and we will send you all the information about it.


What forms of payment do you accept?

- Bank transfer: the bank transfer is the easiest, safest and cheapest way to confirm your order. Remember that the transfer time may vary depending on the country in which you are.

- PayPal: secure payment through PayPal, we will send you a link that will allow you to pay us directly from your Paypal account.

- Credit card: secure payment by credit card on PayPal circuit. The insertion of the details of the credit card will be done directly on the PayPal site to ensure maximum security of your credit card information. All common credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, PayPal Prepaid Card, Postepay, Discover, American Express, Carta Aura are accepted.

Can I pay upon delivery of the goods?

No, it is not possible to pay upon delivery. The machines are made-to-order and therefore we require the payment of at least 30% of the total purchase value to start the preparation. The balance must always be paid before the shipping of the goods.


Which kind of shipping do you offer?

The standard shipping we offer is DAP (click here) by airmail with TNT courier, which means you will receive the goods in a short time and directly to your address.
In case of particularly large and heavy machines (over 300kg) or in difficult areas to reach, we always propose CIF shipments (click here); the goods in this case will arrive at the closest port for you and from here it will be your task to take the goods from the customs with the help of a local import company that will follow you in all customs clearance procedures of the goods and will transport the goods directly to your final address.


What are the delivery times?

Delivery times depend on the type of the product purchased, the new machines are usually available in the state of "ready to be delivered" which are entrusted to the carrier within 10 days from the receipt of payment. The delivery with TNT normally vary from 5 days to Europe up to 20 working days for deliveries outside the EU. The customer will be always informed about the timing. The delivery times are indicative and are calculated in standard working conditions. In any case you cannot ask Lineapasta a refund or the termination of the contract claiming damages for late delivery.


Are the prices VAT included?

All our prices are VAT excluded.


Do I have to pay VAT?

All our italians customers, both companies and individuals are obliged to add 22% Italian VAT on their orders.
All foreign companies belonging to the European Community with a regular VAT number are exempted from paying the VAT.
As far as people residing outside the European Community, both individuals and companies, are exempted from paying the VAT.


Does the price shown on used machines include also shipping/installation/training, etc.?

No, the price shown on used machines is always EXW (Ex Works) and does not include installation or training for their use, but it is possible to request these additional services via email.


Are customs duties included in your offer/proforma invoice?

No, customs duties are never included in our sales offer.
Once the goods arrive at the local customs, it will be the customs itself that will contact you requesting all the necessary documentation for customs clearance together with any customs duties or taxes. For more information on this, we recommend you to contact your closest customs agency.


With which voltage do I need to purchase the machine?

Electrical standards change depending on where you want to use the machine.
Generally in Europe, Asia and Africa, the standard is 220V / 50hz single-phase or 380V / 50Hz three-phase (with some exceptions), while in America the standard is 110V / 220V 60Hz single-phase or 220V / 60Hz three-phase (with some exceptions here too). We invite you to contact your trusted electrician for clarification on the electrical standard used in your country and in your laboratory.
It is always advisable to opt for the three-phase option and evaluate the installation of a three-phase line in your laboratory if it is not supplied, because the motor is subject to less current loads with equal power output.


Are the dies compatible among the different machine models that you offer on your site?

No, usually each machine has its specific dies and there are rarely compatibilities between different models.


The products listed as new are brand new?

Yes, the products referred as "new" are brand new, in a state of “ready to be delivered” or still to be assembled, depending on the type of machine and the state of stocks.


How long is the warranty?

All products listed as new on Lineapasta are covered by 12 months warranty in accordance with Italian law for any lack of conformity. Warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse or improper use. To use the warranty, the customer must keep the invoice and the original packaging.


If the product arrives damaged on delivery?

If on receipt, the packaging is clearly damaged, signing the courier write alongside the following sentence "I accept with reserve"; following some examples: "I accept with reserve: packaging wet" or "I accept with reserve: Packaging broken" or "I accept with reserve: packaging damaged in the angle". Only the goods purchased with insurance and accepted with a motivated reserve will be repaired or replaced in case of damaged. All the goods rejected, or not accepted with a motivated reserve will not be replaced or repaired.


In case of a failure or defect who assists me ?

Lineapasta will provide you technical and logistical assistance to solve the eventual problems of failure or malfunction and in the case of defective parts to provide warranty replacement parts functioning, while the eventual labor costs and delivery are as usual at the buyer charge.


The machine has stopped working, what should I do?

In order to provide assistance, the first thing we need is a copy of the purchase invoice. Secondly, we need a video, which can be easily sent via WhatsApp, showing the current situation of the machine: if it makes noises, which lights turn on, which buttons you have pushed and are pushing, etc.
Most of the time it may be necessary just to replace the fuse or verify that the safety magnetothermic did not go on protecion state.

Do you offer leasing, long-term loan, rental, etc.?

No, we do not offer any of these services, but we can provide you the necessary documentation in order for you to directly request a loan to your bank.
