Do you deliver to my country?

Yes, we deliver worldwide. 

 

What does it mean “Available for immediate delivery”?

It means that the product is already in our warehouses and is ready to be shipped in approximately 2-3 working days after the receipt of payment. 

 

I want to proceed with the purchase, what should I do?

If you are interested in buying a machine or if you simply want to request information about it, on each page of each ad there is an orange button “Ask for information”.
Click on it, write your email and any message and we will reply by email with the price of the machine and all the accessories that may be available; always in the same email you will also find a detailed list of all the information necessary to complete the purchase.
If the ad also contains the blue button "Buy now", you can proceed independently with the purchase directly from the site. 

 

Once contacted, what is the purchase procedure?

Once you have clear ideas on what you want to buy and you wish to proceed with the purchase, we must prepare a document called "proforma invoice", a kind of offer containing all the details necessary to guarantee the customer absolute clarity and transparency of the purchase. To prepare the proforma invoice we need various information such as the delivery address, the voltage of the machine, etc.
Once you have received the proforma invoice, you must ensure that the goods list and your billing and shipping details are correct. With the proforma invoice you now have a document containing all the details to proceed with the payment and thus confirm your order. 

 

What is a proforma invoice?

It is simply an offer that has bargaining power only if you make the payment. If you don't pay, it remains a simple offer valid for 30 days.

 

Why can't some machines be purchased directly online?

Generally, the biggest and most cumbersome machines cannot be purchased directly online as the shipment needs to be quoted from time to time by the operator when requesting information.
To purchase the machines on which the "Buy now" option is not available, simply click on the "Ask for information" button and we will send you all the information about it.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

- Bank transfer: the bank transfer is the easiest, safest and cheapest way to confirm your order. Remember that the transfer time may vary depending on the country in which you are.

- PayPal: secure payment through PayPal, we will send you a link that will allow you to pay us directly from your PayPal account.

- Credit card: secure payment by credit card on PayPal circuit. The insertion of the details of the credit card will be done directly on the PayPal site to ensure maximum security of your credit card information. All common credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, PayPal Prepaid Card, Postepay, Discover, American Express, Carta Aura are accepted.

 

How can I pay?

If you have opted for payment by credit card/PayPal, you will find the payment link on the proforma.
If, on the other hand, you want to pay by bank transfer, you will find in the proforma all the data to make the transfer. As soon as the payment is received, we will send you a confirmation email and we will immediately start processing your order.

Can I pay upon delivery of the goods?

No, it is not possible to pay upon delivery. The machines are prepared to order and therefore we request the payment of at least 30% of the total purchase value to start the preparation of the order. The balance must always be paid before the shipping of the goods.

 

Which kind of shipping do you offer?

The standard shipping we offer is DAP (click here) by airmail with TNT courier, which means you will receive the goods in a short time and directly to your address.
In case of particularly large and heavy machines (over 300kg) or in difficult areas to reach, we always propose CIF shipments (click here); the goods in this case will arrive at the closest port for you and from here it will be your task to take the goods from the customs with the help of a local import company that will follow you in all customs clearance procedures of the goods and will transport the goods directly to your final address.

 

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times depend on the type of product purchased, some are available in stock, others must be made to order. The goods available for immediate delivery are usually shipped in 2-3 working days, for the goods which are not in stock the waiting times vary from 10 to 30 days; however, the customer will always be informed about the timing. Delivery times are indicative and are intended in normal working conditions.

 

Are the prices VAT included or excluded?

All prices of new and used machinery are VAT excluded.

 

Do I have to pay VAT?

All Italian customers, both individuals and companies, are obliged to pay Italian VAT and therefore to add 22% to our prices.
All foreign companies belonging to the European Community with a regular VAT number subscribed to VIES are exempted from paying the VAT.
On the other hand, the VAT in force in their country is applied to private individuals belongings to the European community.
Subjects residing outside the European community, both individuals and companies, are exempt from paying VAT.

 


Does the price shown on used machines include also shipping/installation/training, etc.?


No, the price shown on used machines is always EXW (Ex Works) and does not include installation or training for their use, but it is possible to request these additional services via email.

 

Are customs duties included in your offer/proforma invoice?

No, customs duties are never included in our sales offer.
Once the goods arrive at the local customs, it will be the customs itself that will contact you requesting all the necessary documentation for customs clearance together with any customs duties or taxes. For more information about this, we recommend you to contact your closest customs agency.

 

With which voltage do I need to purchase the machine?

Electrical standards change depending on where you want to use the machine.
Generally in Europe, Asia and Africa, the standard is 220V/50Hz single-phase or 380V/50Hz three-phase (with some exceptions), while in America the standard is 110V/220V 60Hz single-phase or 220V/60Hz three-phase (with some exceptions here too). We invite you to contact your trusted electrician for clarification on the electrical standard used in your country and in your laboratory.
It is always advisable to opt for the three-phase option and evaluate the installation of a three-phase line in your laboratory if it is not supplied, because the three-phase motor is subject to less current loads under the same power output.

 

Are the dies compatible among the different machine models that you offer on your site?

No, usually each machine has its specific dies and there are rarely compatibilities between different models.

 

The products listed as new are brand new?

Yes, the products referred as "new" are brand new, both in a state of “available for immediate delivery” or still to be assembled, depending on the type of machine and the state of stocks.

 

How long is the warranty?

As required by law, all products indicated as new on Lineapasta are covered by a 12-month warranty for lack of conformity. Failures caused by misuse or improper use of the product are not covered by the guarantee.
To receive the assistance service during warranty, the customer must keep the invoice and the original packaging.

 

What if the product arrives damaged on delivery?

If on delivery the packaging is obviously damaged, sign the courier's bill and write the following phrase "I accept with reserve", below are some examples: "I accept with reserve: wet packaging" or "I accept with reserve: broken packaging" or "I accept with reserve: damaged packaging in a corner". Only the goods accepted with justified reserve can be repaired or replaced if it is broken.

 

In case of a failure or defect who assists me?

Lineapasta is committed to provide you with technical assistance and spare parts to solve problems of failure or malfunction both in the period covered by the guarantee (free of charge) and in the subsequent period not covered by the guarantee (for a fee).

 

The machine has stopped working, what should I do?

In order to provide assistance the first thing we need is a copy of the purchase invoice. Secondly, we need a detailed description of the problem, even better if accompanied by a video, which can be easily sent via WhatsApp: if it makes noises, which lights turn on, which keys you pressed, etc.
Most of the time it may be necessary to simply replace the fuse or verify that the safety circuit breaker has not gone into protection state.

Do you offer leasing, long-term loan, rental, etc.?

No, we do not offer any of these services, but we can provide you the necessary documentation in order for you to directly request a loan to your bank.

 

Can I cut all short pasta shapes with the short pasta knife?

No, there are some sizes that, being too large in relation to the size of the die, cannot physically be moved away from the center of the die where the pin of the automatic knife works and therefore they must be cut manually.
