Description

TR 150 fresh pasta machine is a machine equipped with a mixing vat with a capacity of 70kg of dough (flour + liquids), capable of reaching a production of 85 kg/h of short and long pasta, depending on the die used.
TR 150 includes: a electronic cutter for short cut pasta and a timer knife for long cut pasta; a water cooling system to keep the temperature of the extrusion cylinder constant, allowing production for several consecutive hours; a support with a built-in fan for initial surface drying of the freshly extruded pasta; a hopper to facilitate and speed up the loading of ingredients and a perforated pasta tray.
It is possible to combine the machine with two optional accessories to make it continuous production: the NS TR conveyor belt and the MS 80 dough mixer. These allow you to reach a maximum production of 150kg/h.

The entire structure of the machine is made of stainless steel while all the parts in contact with the dough are made of stainless steel or material suitable for contact with food. Thanks to the free access to the machine, it is possible to easily disassemble the working parts to obtain a complete cleaning at the end of production.

TR 150 does not include any dies.

Please note that the electronic pasta cutter for short pasta cannot be used on some dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes that have a central extrusion insert.

Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.

Pacchero pasta, by its very nature, has a fairly large diameter, and unfortunately, when used on very small dies like those of the PF25E or PF40E, the hole inevitably ends up central to the die, forcing manual cutting. We always recommend contacting us before purchasing to ensure the chosen format is compatible with electronic cutting.

Il pacchero per sua natura ha un diametro abbastanza importante e purtroppo quando viene portato su trafile molto piccole come quelle delle PF25E o PF40E, inevitabilmente il foro risulta centrale rispetto alla trafila, costringendo a procedere con il taglio manuale. Consigliamo sempre di contattarci prima dell'acquisto se si vuole essere sicuri che il formato scelto sia compatibile con il taglio elettronico.
