Pasta dryer EC 25
Description
The EC 25 pasta dryer perfectly dries any type of pasta. By appropriately adjusting the temperature, humidity, pause and reheating times, the machine can also be used to dry other types of products.
The dryer comes with a choice of a trolley with swivel wheels and 25 wooden frames for short pasta, or a trolley with rods for drying long pasta.
The control board allows you to adjust the temperature and humidity parameters for each individual drying cycle; you can also save customized programs to suit your drying needs. Seven basic recipes (for dough made from re-milled semolina and water) are already installed in the dryer for the following shapes: maccheroni/penne, fusilli, conchiglie/paccheri rigati, orecchiette, spaghetti, caserecce, and nests. Recipes for special shapes or doughs can be created upon request by the pasta maker.
The EC 25 dryer also features a CNT function that allows the drying cycle to end when the set ambient humidity level is reached (this can only be performed after at least 8 hours of drying). Motorized valves maintain the air characteristics within the dryer based on the set parameters.
The air is heated by armored stainless steel electrical resistors, while deflectors direct the air on each frame to achieve uniform airflow and results. The electrical panel is CE-compliant and features a light indicator indicating the end of the drying program.
Water batteries can be installed instead of electrical resistors, which reduce electricity consumption but require a boiler to operate. This solution is useful if the dryer is to be used in countries where electricity costs are very high.
You can also request the installation of a touch-screen PLC and Wi-Fi module, which allow you to adjust the ventilation intensity during the various drying phases and remotely change recipes, view and download graphs and data, etc. Please note, however, that regulations prohibit remote motor activation, so it is not possible to start the dryer remotely.
Lineapasta provides together with the machines and only to its customers, a manual of use, maintenance and installation.
