Description

Kett FV201 dry paste moisture meter designed to accurately measure the moisture of dry pasta once the drying process is finished. The measuring process is quick and easy: you have to to crumble a small amount of pasta and place it in the appropriate plate supplied, which will then be inserted into the device and in a few seconds the moisture value of the dough will be displayed. The device automatically averages 9 consecutive measurements with a humidity range from 9 to 20%.

What I liked most was how easily it kneads and extrudes the dough, allowing me to obtain fresh, homogeneous pasta of excellent quality in very little time. The digital panel is intuitive, and the removable vat makes cleaning after each use incredibly easy. Furthermore, the extrusion cooling system helps maintain consistent production without overheating.

La qualità delle trafile e molto buona come anche quella della macchina. L'unico commento che ho è che il ventilatore di raffreddamento nel retro della macchina e molto piccolo e non sufficiente.
