The Fresh pasta maker with double vat EP/50 is designed for the production of different fresh and dried pasta shapes, such us maccheroni, fusilli, tagliatelle, spaghetti, etc., with or without eggs. It is also possible to produce adjustable pasta sheet for lasagne, cannelloni or for the feeding of other pasta machines, and any kind of flour can be used. All the dies must be purchased separately. The shaft and blades can be dismantled for cleaning, the powerboard and the instrument board comply with current EEC regulations.

The EP/50 is equipped with:
- Stainless steel structure
- Double kneading vat for continuous production
- Fan for pasta pre-drying process
- Electronic knife with adjustable cutting length
- Independent external motor
- Wheeled stand

Please note that the electronic pasta cutter for short pasta cannot be used on some dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes that have a central extrusion insert.
