Tabletop dough sheeter SR for fresh pasta with 250 mm long wooden cylinders, the machine is made entirely of stainless steel and aluminium. Wooden rollers produce a rougher sheete compared to the one made with steel cylinders, so the result is very similar to a hand-rolled sheet made with a wooden rolling pin; this feature allows the sheet to better absorb and retain sauces.
It is ideal for both home and professional use and allows for the easy rolling out of various types of dough: puff pastry, pizza dough, and even sugar paste.

Practical and easy to use, the rollers can be adjusted from 0 to 7,5 mm to achieve the desired sheet thickness. The rotation speed is constant at approximately 800 rpm. The machine is highly reliable and equipped with safety systems essential for operator safety.
The pasta cutter accessory can be attached to the sheeter, with 1 or 3 cuts of your choice to make tagliolini, tagliatelle, pappardelle, etc.
