Description

The TRD 110/S double vat pasta machine is a machine for semi-industrial productions equipped with an extrusion kneading vat and a tilting kneading vat. This fresh pasta machine has an hourly production of 65 kg/h, it is equipped with a fan and an electronic cutter for short pasta. Thanks to the double vat, each with a capacity of 15 kg, it is possible to mix with one vat, until the second one extrudes, so as to have a continuous production. It is also equipped with a water cooling system that keeps the temperature of the extrusion cylinder low, this allows you to produce for several consecutive hours without having to stop production to wait for the cylinder to cool. The components in contact with the pasta are in stainless steel or bronze for food use, while the moving parts are mounted on ball bearings with long-life type seals.

Please note that the electronic pasta cutter for short pasta cannot be used on some dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes that have a central extrusion insert.

Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.

Cleaning the dies is a bit time consuming, just follow the instructions will be fine. Next time I will try the teflon dies . Thanks Lineapasta.

Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto di questa macchina, solida e veloce nell'estrusione della pasta. Anche la spedizione è stata veloce (ho avuto problemi con la dogana indonesiana, ma non è colpa di Lineapasta). La pulizia delle trafile richiede un po' di tempo, basta seguire le istruzioni e andrà tutto bene. La prossima volta proverò le trafile in teflon. Grazie Lineapasta.
