RA 160 ravioli machine with continuous feed is an automatic ravioli machine with interchangeable moulds, suitable for continuous production lines. It uses two 160 mm-wide sheets for a ravioli production rate of 80 to 180 kg/h.
The moulds (available for purchase separately) allow you to produce both loose and ribbon-shaped ravioli in any shape, from classic to specialty shapes like a Christmas tree, or even specialties like "emanadas" or "pierogi," and many other shapes upon request.
RA 160 is built without a filling cylinder as it is generally used in continuous production lines where the filling is supplied via a PP 32 piston pump with a capacity of approximately 20 liters (available for purchase separately).

The machine is made of stainless steel, and all parts in contact with the filling are removable and washable, as are the moulds, which can be completely opened for easy cleaning.
The electrical system, control panel and safety devices all comply with EEC standards.
