Countertop double sheet ravioli machine RV 50 is a machine for the production of ravioli with interchangeable molds entirely built in stainless steel. The RV 50 is fed by two 120x2 mm sheets that produce automatically separated ribbon ravioli. The mould substitution is as simple as adjusting the amount of filling, and it is possible to use any type of soft filling (meat, cheese, vegetables). 
The RV 50 comes with a standard 50x50 mm ravioli mould and a stainless steel trolley.

Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.
