Countertop double sheet ravioli machine RV 30 is a machine for the production of ravioli with interchangeable molds entirely built in stainless steel.
The RV 30 is fed by two 100x2 mm sheets and produces continuous belt ravioli, which must be separated manually.
The mould substitution is as simple as adjusting the amount of filling, and it is possible to use any type of soft filling (meat, cheese, vegetables).
The RV 30 comes complete of 1 standard ravioli mould, but on request it is possible to have molds of different formats.
It is also possible to add the device that allows the production of gnocchi rigati or chicche.
