Description
The 170mm ravioli group, which can be combined with the Monferrina P6, P12, P.Nuova, Pidue and Cilindro models, allows you to produce ribbon ravioli with different types of filling.
The two 170mm wide sheets necessary for the production can be obtained both by the machines mentioned above and by using a common dough sheeter. As well as the sheets, the filling must also be prepared separately as the ravioli group is not able to knead the filling.
Unlike the Multipasta accessory, the ravioli group has an integrated fixed mold and therefore once the production format has been chosen, it can no longer be changed except by purchasing a new group. The external structure is in anodized aluminum and the parts in contact with the dough are in stainless steel. It is equipped with a control panel and complies with the accident prevention regulations in force.
