Description

The 170mm ravioli group, which can be combined with the Monferrina P6, P12, P.Nuova, Pidue and Cilindro models, allows you to produce ribbon ravioli with different types of filling.
The two 170mm wide sheets necessary for the production can be obtained both by the machines mentioned above and by using a common dough sheeter.
Unlike the Multipasta accessory, the ravioli group has an integrated fixed mold and therefore once the production format has been chosen, it can no longer be changed except by purchasing a new group. The external structure is in anodized aluminum and the parts in contact with the dough are in stainless steel. It is equipped with a control panel and complies with the accident prevention regulations in force.

After using the Lilly PF40E, I can say it has exceeded my expectations. It's a robust machine, made with high-quality materials and designed for intensive professional use. Its stainless steel structure inspires confidence and solidity from the very first moment. What I liked most was how easily it kneads and extrudes the dough, allowing me to obtain fresh, homogeneous pasta of excellent quality in very little time. The digital panel is intuitive, and the removable vat makes cleaning after each use incredibly easy.
