Gnocchi group - La Monferrina

The gnocchi group with piston system can be combined with the Monferrina P3, P6, P12, P.Nuova, Nina, Pidue and Cilindro models, and allows you to produce potato gnocchi of different sizes. The group uses the motor of the machine to which it is connected; the fresh potato mixture, prepared separately (for example with the use of a planetary mixer) is then inserted into the stainless steel cylinder on the gnocchi unit. The dough is pushed by a piston into the cup which, depending on the size of the hole chosen, will determine the size of the gnochi. The standard cup supplied with the machine has a 17mm diameter hole, but additional Ø7, 12 or 14 mm cups are available on request. It is also possible to intervene on the rifling of the gnocco using a knob, which will allow you to obtain gnocchi from rifled to completely smooth. The external structure is in anodized aluminum and the parts in contact with the dough are in stainless steel. It is equipped with a control panel and complies with the accident prevention regulations in force.
