Surface pasta dryer AC 24

AC 24 is a fresh superficial static pasta dryer capable of surface drying up to 72 kg of pasta. It does not allow to control or set the desired humidity, so it is recommended only for those who want to dry the pasta surface (for example, for same-day sales, to prevent sticking). Any type of short pasta shape can be dried, while long pasta must be nested.
It consists of a drying cabinet containing a rack that can hold up to 24 plastic trays measuring cm 60x40x7h. The pasta loaded onto the trays is supericially dried by intense and uniform ventilation with room-temperature air, or by air heated to the selected temperature using armored stainless steel heating elements.
The AC 24's 30 mm thick walls are made of a pre-painted steel sheet casing filled with highly thermally insulating polyurethane foam.
The CE-compliant electrical panel is equipped with a temperature control device and a timer that can adjust both the total operating time and pause times, as well as the ventilation flow to the right and left. All functions can be manually overridden.
