Description
EC 8 is a superficial fresh pasta dryer capable of drying up to 24 kg of pasta per cycle. It features a rack that can hold up to eight food-grade plastic trays measuring cm 60x40x7h (included in the price). This drying cabinet does not allow for humidity control and is therefore recommended for those who want to dry the surface of the pasta, for example, to prevent it from sticking when selling fresh pasta the same day or for packaging.
Its operation is extremely simple as it consists of a fan that circulates air heated by a battery of electric resistors, reaching all areas of the dryer. The electrical panel also allows for monitoring the production process.
The walls are made of a painted steel sheet casing filled with highly heat-resistant polyurethane foam to optimize the drying process.
Additionally, it is possible to install a temperature control probe and a timer to calculate the "total drying time." In this case, the panel can be positioned frontally or laterally.
