Pasta dryer EC 24

The EC 24 is a fresh pasta dryer capable of drying fresh pasta, and is equipped with humidity control. It consists of a two-door drying cabinet equipped with a double internal rack capable of holding up to 24 cm 60x40x7h perforated plastic trays, 12 on each side. The control board allows you to change the temperature and humidity parameters for each single cycle of the drying program; it is also possible to memorize customized programs to be used according to the different drying needs. 7 basic recipes are already installed in the dryer (for doughs made from re-milled semolina and water) for the following formats: maccheroni/penne, fusilli, conchiglie/paccheri rigati, orecchiette, spaghetti, caserecce and nests.
The walls of the EC 24, with a thickness of 30mm, are made from a pre-painted steel sheet casing filled inside with highly heat-resistant polyurethane foam.
The air is heated by 3 electric resistances of 1,2 kW each and the air renewal is managed by 2 valves.
The electrical panel complies with CE standards and is equipped with a luminous indicator for the end of the drying program. All functions can be excluded via the manual function.
