Description
Professional teflon-coated auger rounder for bread designed to produce smooth, perfectly spherical dough balls. It features a teflon-coated spiral and a reinforced cylinder with twelve grooves, specifically designed for high-hydration bread products (between 58% and 85%) such as Roman pinza or hamburger buns.
The rounder is designed to round dough pieces from 20 g to 1 kg (for an average of approximately 1800 pieces per hour), performing the baker's manual work in seconds by stabilizing the surface tension of the gluten without heating or stressing the dough.
The solid stainless steel structure ensures professional results, combined with cutting-edge cooling technology that maintains a constant dough temperature (both in the spiral and cylinder) and prevents wear and tear due to overheating.
The dough rounder is equipped with a protective ring around the dough cylinder to prevent flour from accidentally falling into the Teflon-coated auger, which pushes the dough along the spiral, rounding the dough. The kneaded dough is then deposited into the tray; the operator simply moves it into the proofing trays. The dough rounder is operated via a start/stop button with a safety release coil. It features movable wheels (two of which have brakes) for greater ergonomics when working and moving the machine. Complies with both European and American health regulations (NSF, ETL Sanitation).
Caution: Do not insert dry dough pieces or dough with a dry outer surface, as this could compromise the structural integrity and proper operation of the rounder.
