Description
Pizza oven FF 4235 designed to reach a maximum temperature of 350 °C, suitable for pizzerias, restaurants, bars and sandwich shops. This pizza oven is equipped with a cm 42.3x35.3 refractory stone hob, specially designed to withstand high temperatures and distribute the heat evenly and consistently, absorbing the moisture of the dough and granting pizzas with fragrant, crunchy and tasty dough. The FF 4235 model is equipped with a thermostat and a heat insulated chamber made of fiberglass, with armored resistors and a vent for cooking vapors. The structure of the FF 4235 pizza oven is made of stainless steel, with black powder prepainted outer sheet.
