Pizza rolling machine SF 420 RP

Pizza rolling machine SF 420 RP with parallel rollers (320 mm upper rollers and 420 mm lower rollers) ideal for flattening pizzas, bread, focacce and other dough, suitable for pizzerias, restaurants and bakeries. The SF 420 RP is equipped with a control knob that allows the user to set the thickness between the plastic rollers and change the diameter with which one wants to level the dough; it is also equipped with a durable metal gear transmission system, an IP54 control panel and easily removable lower roller scrapers for easier and more efficient cleaning. The pizza rolling machine SF 420 RP is made of stainless steel AISI 304 according to current CE standards and is available in two versions: standard and plus.
The plus version is supplied with some additional accessories already integrated: stainless steel IP67 push-button with NVR (replacing the IP54 version), removable scrapers also for the upper roller, safety guards with knobs controlled by micro-switches for both rollers and a practical ceramic slide that can be easily removed.

We recommend cold-proofing in order not to alter the properties of the dough.
