Description

Perforated aluminum pizza peel of 120 cm to handle, bake and remove pizzas, suitable for cooking with electric oven, gas or wood fired. Available in five different sizes, the square or rectangular perforated plate are specially designed to discharge excess flour and make the shovel lighter and more manageable. The perforated plate is mounted on a sturdy and ergonomic tubular rod for an overall height of about 120 cm.

I was very pleased with this machine, solid construction and fast to extrude the pasta, the shipping was also fast (had problem with Indonesia custom, not to blame on lineapasta). Cleaning the dies is a bit time consuming, just follow the instructions will be fine. Next time I will try the teflon dies . Thanks Lineapasta.

Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto di questa macchina, solida e veloce nell'estrusione della pasta. Anche la spedizione è stata veloce (ho avuto problemi con la dogana indonesiana, ma non è colpa di Lineapasta). La pulizia delle trafile richiede un po' di tempo, basta seguire le istruzioni e andrà tutto bene. La prossima volta proverò le trafile in teflon. Grazie Lineapasta.
