Description

The machine for cappelletti, ravioli and tortelloni DN160 is a machine for the production of single-sheet filled pasta such as cappelletti, tortelloni and "pelmeni" with meat and lean fillings like ricotta, cheese, pumpkin, etc. It is equipped with an interchangeable mold system to allow the production of different formats and the replacement of the mold in an easy and fast way. The filled pasta is fed by a 160mm sheet. The DN160 is designed for adjusting the quantity of the filling according to the format with continuous and automatic feeding of the filling.
