The machine for cappelletti, ravioli and tortelloni DN160 is a machine for the production of single-sheet filled pasta such as cappelletti, tortelloni and "pelmeni" with meat and lean fillings like ricotta, cheese, pumpkin, etc. It is equipped with an interchangeable mold system to allow the production of different formats and the replacement of the mold in an easy and fast way. The filled pasta is fed by a 160mm sheet. The DN160 is designed for adjusting the quantity of the filling according to the format with continuous and automatic feeding of the filling. The various functions, such as the feeding of the dough, the speed of the machine and the regularity of the filling are controlled by independent variable speed motors. The DN160 ravioli machine offers a new design with a round tubular base and ergonomic protections designed to facilitate the sanitization of the machine. The machine is equipped with wheels to facilitate movement.
No mold is included with the machine.
