Description

The machine for cappelletti, ravioli and tortelloni D250L is a forming machine for filled pasta with a 250mm sheet, which can be filled with meat, cheese or other. The D250L is complete with a lamination unit consisting of a pair of adjustable thickness rollers entirely in stainless steel and with high resistance tempered gear transmission. The machine consists of a filling funnel with removable reel and safety cover, auger for the filling, electrical panel with control panel complete with all the devices required by the accident prevention regulations in force. The machine is equipped with wheels with brakes to facilitate the movement of the machine and the subsequent locking. 
No mold is included with the machine.

Communication with their team was clear and helpful throughout the process, and the machine arrived well packaged in a wooden crate with all the accessories and manuals included. The MPF 1,5N pasta machine works really well. We have already made several types of pasta multiple times and the results have been excellent. The extrusion quality is very good and the pasta comes out with great texture. It has been easy to use and clean, and overall the machine feels very solid and well built. Shipping to the United States went smoothly and the order arrived exactly as described. Overall I am very happy with the purchase and the service from Lineapasta.
