La Monferrina P50 is an automatic and very reliable machine, fit to carry out pasta production by using any kind of flour and durum wheat (semolina). It is suitable for all kinds of short and long pasta production. Its operation is simple and efficient; its external structure is made of anodized aluminium and the parts that are in contact with pasta are made of stainless steel. It is equipped with a control panel and it respects all accident prevention regulations in force.
N.B.:
Lineapasta supplies together with the machines and only to its customers, a user, maintenance and installation manual in paper and digital format with also a pasta recipe book, to be used with our professional machines.

It's been a month since I received La Fattorina with the automatic knife. It is an excellent machine, extremely robust, which produces an easy and uniform extrusion. The manual is very complete. It takes about 30 minutes to extrude 1.3 kg of fresh pasta. The automatic knife works well with dies with holes on the sides but not with those that extrude centrally (Orecchiette: automatic knife ok / Radiatori: return to manual knife).

Cela fait un mois que j'ai recu La Fattorina avec le couteau automatique. Il s'agit d'une excellente machine extrêmement robuste produisant une extrusion facile, régulière. Le manuel est très complet. Environ 30 minutes sont nécessaire pour extruder 1.3kg de pâtes fraîche Le couteau automatique fonctionne bien avec les matrices qui extrudent vers l'extérieur mais pas les matrices à extrusion central (Orecchiette: couteau automatique ok / Radiatori: retour au couteau manuel).
