The TB 300 short pasta shaker is a machine for pre-drying and uniform separation of fresh pasta. The shakers for the treatment of alimentary pasta type TB 300 are machines of new conception with high productivity. Axial ventilation with AIR BOX with improved efficiency. The TB 300 can treat approximately 300 kg/h of fresh product, depending on the dough size and the vibration speed.

OPERATION:

The paste just extruded from the press is conveyed into the upper loading frame which, together with the intermediate frames and an adjustable intensity vibrator unit, provides for the first separation treatment of the same. The hot air necessary for the drying process is provided by two axial electric fans and is heated by a battery of electric resistances. By adjusting the length of time the product remains in the system, by varying the intensity of the vibrations, a loose and dry product is obtained at the exit of the lower frame.
