Description
The TB 200 short pasta shaker is a machine for pre-drying and uniform separation of fresh pasta. The TB 200 consists of 7 vibrating plates, each 600 mm wide, with an AISI 304 stainless steel mesh. Depending on the pasta shape and vibration speed, it can process approximately 200 kg/h of fresh product.
The operating logic of a shaker is as follows: the pasta, freshly extruded from the press, is conveyed to the upper loading frame, which, together with the intermediate frames and an adjustable-intensity vibratory unit, provides the initial separation treatment. The hot air required for the drying process is supplied by two axial electric fans and heated by a battery of electric resistors (or, optionally, by hot water batteries). By adjusting the product's residence time in the system by varying the intensity of the vibrations, a separated and dry product exits the lower frame.
The electrical system is cabinet-based and built in accordance with current EC regulations.
