Description

EAC 27 pasta dryer produces perfectly dried pasta, equipped with one trolley containing 27 wooden frames with polyester mesh, for a total capacity of 90 to 100kg per drying cycle.
All dryer functions are managed via a 7" color touchscreen panel, which allows you to program recipes, temperature, humidity and display the drying cycle phases.
EAC 27 is equipped with a fan for air circulation, and the air is heated by thermoelectric resistors.
The structure is made of pre-painted sheet metal panels, the foamed panels are 70 mm thick polyurethane with high thermal insulation, while the internal lining of the cell is made of stainless steel panels.

Manufactured in accordance with current accident prevention regulations.

- Maximum 49 different recipes, up to 16 drying phases
- Adjustable time for each phase: 0-999 minutes

- Automatic restart after a power outage without operator intervention
