Pasta dryer EAC 27 with automatic system for humidity ejection, complete with trolley with 27 frames.
The outer walls are made of pre-painted sheet metal and the panels are made of heat-resistant polyurethane with a thickness of 60 mm.
It is equipped with a fan for air circulation and heating.
The electrical panel is made of steel, and temperature, humidity and recipe programming can be controlled.
