Description

Ventilated blast chiller with gas defrosting AB5514 with adjustable feet, available with 15 supports, with AISI 304 stainless steel monobloc structure and scotch brite satin external finish. The internal cell has rounded corners for better cleaning; the included tray supports are suitable for holding GN1/1 (cm 60x40x6,5h) trays, purchasable separately.
The blast chiller includes a probe for measuring the core temperature of the product and has a micro switch on the door for the evaporator fan block.
The machine control is electronic with 4 operating cycles, with automatic evaporation and hot defrost.
