Description

Ventilated blast chiller with gas defrosting G-AB1805 with adjustable feet, available with 5 supports for trays, with monobloc structure in AISI 304 stainless steel and external scotch brite satin finish.
The internal cell has rounded corners for better cleaning; the included tray supports are suitable for holding GN1/1 (cm 60x40x6,5h) trays, available separately.
The ventilated blast chiller includes a probe for measuring the core temperature of the product and has a micro switch on the door for the evaporator fan block.
The machine control is electronic with 4 operating cycles, with manual defrost or automatic evaporation and hot defrost.
