Description

The IP 10 planetary mixer is suitable for the production of various types of dough such as bread, pizza and other recipes based on yeast. The IP 10 is equipped with a ventilated motor with a three-speed mechanical gearbox, as well as a reduction system with steel gears. The planetary mixer IP 10 consists of a removable stainless steel vat with a capacity of 10 liters and a wire protection grid, which is equipped with a safety device that is activated when the grid is opened and the vat is lowered. Together with the planetary mixer IP 10 are included three interchangeable accessories suitable for dough processing: a spatula and an aluminum hook and a whisk made of aluminum and steel.

Excellent instruction manual in multiple languages. After a few trial runs, my wife and I are consistently making spectacular fresh pasta to have in the fridge all week. It also makes plenty to take to Sunday dinner for the rest of the family. We started with 5 different dyes and can't wait to order more pasta shape dyes as birthday gifts over time. Highly recommend.

The MPF 1,5N pasta machine works really well. We have already made several types of pasta multiple times and the results have been excellent. The extrusion quality is very good and the pasta comes out with great texture. It has been easy to use and clean, and overall the machine feels very solid and well built. Shipping to the United States went smoothly and the order arrived exactly as described. Overall I am very happy with the purchase and the service from Lineapasta.
