The planetary mixer IP 7 is suitable for the preparation of soft and medium-consistency dough like bread and pasta. Built entirely of metal, the IP 7 model is equipped with a removable stainless steel vat of 7 liters, an NVR device and micro switches for adjusting the speed placed on the head lift. The planetary kneader IP 7 is equipped with a reclining head, useful to facilitate the replacement of tools and the cleaning of the machinery, while the CC motor is equipped with a speed variator and a gear transmission lubricated with grease, that allow the whip to perform up to 75 revolutions per minute. Together with the planetary mixer IP 7 are included three interchangeable accessories suitable for dough processing: a whisk, a spatula and an aluminum hook.
