Description

Pizza oven FF 6262 with double cooking chamber, designed to reach a maximum temperature of 450 °C, suitable for pizzerias and restaurants. This pizza oven is equipped with two cm 62x62.5 refractory stone hobs, specially designed to distribute the heat evenly and consistently and resist high temperatures, absorbing moisture from the dough and ensuring tasty, fragrant and crunchy pizzas. The FF 6262 model is equipped with two thermostats with separate control of the lower and upper resistance, double internal lighting and a chimney for conveying fumes and cooking vapors. The external structure of the FF 6262 pizza oven is made of stainless steel, with double-glazed door and black powder prepainted outer sheet.
