Description

RS160N ravioli maker is a machine for producing double-sheet ravioli, ideal for processing soft fillings. The machine uses two 160 mm-wide sheets (produced separately), and the thickness can be adjusted using calibrating rollers.
The moulds are interchangeable, making replacement extremely quick and easy. Once finished, the ravioli are transported to the tray via a small conveyor belt.
RS160N features a round tubular base and ergonomic guards designed to facilitate machine sanitization. It also has wheels for easy movement.
The machine comes with a ravioli mould complete with filling container (size of your choice).

Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.
