The dough sheeter Imperia Restaurant Gran Gourmet (Cod. 5010) is produced in Italy, it is part of a set specially designed for all pasta lovers. In addition to the dough sheeter, the bundle also includes two Simplex accessories: a 6,5 mm fettuccine cutter and a 12 mm lasagnette cutter. It is made of chromed steel with red finishes and is characterized by the presence of rough rollers of 220 mm, which allow the production of a sheeter with a rustic texture, perfect to absorb and enhance the flavor of sauces.
