Description
The 100mm ravioli group, which can be combined with the Monferrina P3 and Nina models, allows you to produce ribbon ravioli with different types of filling.
Unlike the Multipasta accessory, the ravioli group has an integrated fixed mold and therefore once the production format has been chosen, it can no longer be changed except by purchasing a new group. The external structure is in anodized aluminum and the parts in contact with the dough are in stainless steel. It is equipped with a control panel and complies with the accident prevention regulations in force.
The two 100mm wide sheets necessary for the production can be obtained both by the machines mentioned above and by using a common dough sheeter.
