The Monferrina Nina 170 mm pasta sheeter is a simple to use countertop machine which, in a single body, allows you to produce 170 mm pasta sheet with adjustable thickness and tagliatelle in two different widths: 2 and 6 mm. It is possible to combine the Nina with various optional accessories which make it a real complete pasta machine capable of kneading, producing ravioli and/or gnocchi and also producing extruded short pasta. It has an external structure in anodized aluminum and the parts in contact with the pasta in stainless steel; Includes safety button and power indicator. It complies with current accident prevention regulations.

It is available in two versions: Nina 170 which allows you to produce a sheet 170 mm wide and Nina 250 which instead produces a sheet 250 mm wide.

Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.


OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES:

- Additional classic/jagged edge cuts: allow you to obtain different sizes of long flat pasta (from 1.5 - 4 - 8 - 12 mm for the classic shapes and 12 - 18 mm for the jagged edge cuts)
- Kneading vat: allows you to mix the ingredients, it can be completely dismantled for complete and thorough cleaning
- Ravioli Group 100mm: allows you to prepare perfect ribbon ravioli, of different sizes and with soft fillings of vegetables, cheese, meat or mixes, using a 100mm wide sheet. The ravioli group has a fixed mold integrated into the machine and once the production format has been chosen (20X20, 34x40, 40x50, 70x70x70 mm), this can no longer be changed unless purchasing a new ravioli group.
- Gnocchi Group: allows you to produce potato or flour gnocchi in different formats, even with added components such as tomatoes or spinach. The gnocchi group works with a piston that pushes the dough into a cup (which determines its size) and is suitable for processing both fresh potatoes and preparations (flours or potato flakes).
- Press Group: allows you to produce short and long fresh pasta by extrusion. It includes 4 brass-bronze dies and an automatic pasta cutter for short pasta
