Description

MAC 60 fresh pasta machine, kept in a showroom for display, in like-new condition. This double-vat machine allows simultaneous kneading and extruding, making it perfect for the continuous production of fresh short, long, and sheet pasta, made with any type of flour or semolina. The MAC 60 is recommended for shops and workshops. It is constructed entirely of stainless steel, mounted on wheels, and features a control panel and a water cooling system. The double vat press comes with an automatic short pasta cutter with variable speed, featuring 1, 2 and 4-blades knives and two trays. This model complies with current accident prevention regulations.

Please note that the electronic short pasta cutter cannot be used with certain dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes with a central extrusion insert.

Lineapasta provides its customers with a user guide and a paper pasta recipe book, created by our pasta technician, for use with our professional machines.

Communication via chat on the website is very effective. I'd say it made a difference, offering a more personal touch, rather than the impersonal nature of emails. El producto llego antes de lo esperado, realizamos la compra a fines de marzo y llego a mediados de abril.
